Our library buildings may be closed, but you can still access many of our resources online, including digital books and magazines, films, family history and learning opportunities!
- My books are overdue. Will I get fined?
Loans and renewals have been extended and fines are being waived while we are closed.
- Can I return my books to the library?
All our libraries are currently closed so we cannot accept returned books at the moment. You will not be fined while we are closed.
- How do I renew my books?
Visit the library catalogue login page and click on login in the top right corner. Once logged in, go to your dashboard and click on the folder of current loans. Against the entry for each book are three dots. Click on those and then click renew loan.
- I’ve forgotten my PIN. What do I do?
If you are already a member of our library but have forgotten your borrower or PIN number you can go to the library catalogue and click on login in the top right hand corner. Then click on ‘Forgot your PIN’ and follow the instructions.
Your account must have an email address to use this method.
If you can’t reset using this method, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org
- Can I join Slough Libraries while they are closed?
You can join the library online. You will receive login details and will be able to start using all our online services immediately.
- I miss the library activities. What is happening to the programme while you are closed?
We’re offering a variety of activities and clubs online. You can visit our social media platforms, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, to view regular activities such as story and rhyme time, LEGO®, crafts and seated exercise, plus a whole host of new content, including special events like Pyjamarama. Get involved by joining our chess, film or book clubs. Want to see all the details of our programme? Check out the Families Online Programme and the Adults Online Programme
Please note all shows have been cancelled until the end of July. (Further information about upcoming shows at The Curve)
